This role provides direct therapeutic services to children assessed as needing clinical support within the Enhanced Family Foster Care program. The Socio-therapist will attend case conferences, assist families with treatment plans, and conduct home visits to meet regulatory requirements. The position involves providing in-home and community-based support for behavior management, therapeutic interventions, and developmental assistance to children with complex needs, focusing on achieving specific behavioral goals. Additionally, the role includes creating and implementing daily activities to foster self-esteem and socialization, performing child/youth care functions, and documenting progress in the CONNECTIONS system.
