About The Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position for UND students to evaluate student homework submissions for Statics, Dynamics, and Mechanics of Materials courses. The role involves identifying academic integrity violations, recording assessments in Blackboard, and ensuring a quick turnaround for grading.
Requirements
- Earned grade of B or better in the assigned course (Statics, Dynamics or Mechanics of Materials).
- Assigned course completed at University of North Dakota.
- Junior or senior status within Civil or Mechanical Engineering program at the University of North Dakota.
- Demonstrated capability to comprehend and analyze various problem-solving methodologies.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.
- Must be a UND student.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate student homework submissions using designated solutions.
- Identify and highlight instances of academic integrity violations within homework assignments.
- Precisely record homework assessments within Blackboard grade book.
- Ensure expedited turnaround for homework evaluation, adhering to a 2-3 day timeline.
