Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Major in English, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership.
- Collaborate with teams to capture and communicate their stories.
- Summarize customer feedback to drive company improvements.
- Review data and reports to provide informed recommendations.
