About The Position

The ideal candidate will not only be a dynamic teacher of English Language Arts, but will also be passionate about working with middle school students, collaborating with school and district colleagues, and creating strong ties with the community. The primary function is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for a specific position by the supervisor. The position offers a chance to work in a unique environment in a supportive community surrounded by abundant outdoor recreational activities.
