About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a freelance English Teacher to provide customized business English training to a client in Markham, Canada. The course is for three participants at a proficient level and focuses on improving their confidence and effectiveness in spoken English for day-to-day workplace communication, including interactions with colleagues and discussions about projects and technical work. The course comprises 30 total one-hour sessions at the client's office at 7324 Kennedy Road, Markham, ON L3R 5V7. The preferred schedule is three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with sessions listed at 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The preferred start date is as soon as possible. Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be a native English speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Have a valid work permit or visa.
- Live within 30 km of the specified location.
