About The Position

This position is for an English Language Development (ELD) Teacher at Thomas Edison Language Institute. The role is a permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE) instructional faculty position within the English Second Language category. The teacher will work a 6-hour day and is part of a 10-month school year, totaling 186 days per year. The school is designated as a High-Needs School. The salary range is $60,000 - $126,000 annually, with specific placement columns for internal and external candidates. Additional pay opportunities may be available for hard-to-staff positions, advanced degrees, extra-curricular activities, and leadership roles for the 2026-27 school year.

Requirements

Must carry one of the following CTC documents/authorizations: CLAD, BCLAD, ELA1, or a credential in World Languages.
