English for Children Language Teacher - Ann Arbor, Michigan
About The Position
Learnlight is searching for an experienced English for Children Language Teacher to join our team of dedicated teaching professionals in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a face-to-face language trainer with Learnlight, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors. This is an in-person teaching opportunity located in North Ann Arbor, MI, with a preferred start date of July 26th, 2026. The role involves teaching one young learner (preteen) at an A2.1 - Pre-intermediate 1 level for a total of 90 hours. Sessions are 90 minutes long and occur three times per week: Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Remuneration is per hour and to be discussed.
Requirements
- C2 level of the target language
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching the target language to young learners
- Based within a commutable distance to North Ann Arbor, MI
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of a second language
- Teaching qualification preferred
- Interest / experience with e-learning systems
