About The Position

Global LT is seeking an English (ESL) Language teacher to provide customized lessons to clients in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves teaching two separate classes: one for an adult mom and another for her 12-year-old child. The lessons are designed to help the mom improve her conversation skills, focusing on listening comprehension, common phrases, and practicing real conversations. For the child, the lessons will focus on preparing her for 7th grade by building confidence in academic and social settings, immersing her in the language through fun, interactive, and creative activities that include real-life situations and cultural elements. This is a freelance position.

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
