About The Position
This position is for an English Teacher for grades 7-8 at Silvestri JHS for the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Valid Nevada Teaching License with appropriate endorsement for English/Language Arts (Grades 7-8).
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Completion of all three (3) years of work history in the 'Experience and Credentials' section of the application, including periods of unemployment, schooling, and volunteer work.
- Attached required documents at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Teach English Language Arts to students in grades 7 and 8.
- Develop and implement lesson plans.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
