About The Position

This is an Expression of Interest opportunity for multiple Engineering & Technology career opportunities supporting Lockheed Martin's Santa Barbara operations. As an engineer supporting Lockheed Martin in Santa Barbara, you may contribute to the research, design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment of advanced technologies supporting critical defense missions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another related STEM discipline.
Professional experience in engineering design, development, integration, testing, analysis, manufacturing, or production support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance; therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using CAMEO or DOORS
Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Designing and developing electrical, optical, mechanical, or system-level solutions.
Performing engineering analysis, modeling, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Supporting laboratory, development, production, and integration efforts.
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
Developing technical documentation, presentations, and design review materials.
Supporting new technology development and product lifecycle activities.
Contributing to projects throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept development through production and sustainment.
