This role is a key member of our Engineering team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or 3+ years of Trex Manufacturing experience is required for this role.
  • If you have worked for 1+ years as a PT4 level specialist at Trex, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Put safety first – Always!
  • Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
  • Support Process engineering with the validation of new processes and equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance to the production and maintenance teams to drive results.
  • Identify the root cause of production issues and determine appropriate solutions, which may involve maintenance intervention, process or design adjustment, or training of operators.
  • Provide feedback to the engineers for improvements that positively affect safety, rate, yield, and uptime.
  • Provide after-hour support to the production staff on engineering-related issues.
  • Build relationships with quality teams and technical specialists to support alignment and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate safety values by performing and developing best practices.
