The Role: The Engineering Technician supports Engineering Product Development and R&D activities by assisting with hands-on testing, experimental setup, metallurgical sample preparation, technical documentation, and drafting services. This role reports to the Advanced Manufacturing Manager with significant direction from the Director of Engineering. This role works closely with engineering personnel to prepare and execute tests, collect and document results, maintain accurate records, and support the development of drawings and related technical information. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to product development, process improvement, and research initiatives.
