Responsibilities

Support new products, processes, and package qualification operations in the Palm Bay Reliability Stress Lab.
Perform daily Lab activities including loading and unloading qualification hardware and samples. Attention to detail is a key focus.
Schedule stress down point testing and ensure accurate and timely ATE and database records.
Support Product Quality Engineers in coordinating and assisting with stress lab sample submission, database entry, and the overall qualification process.
Willingness to work with the Reliability Stress Lab staff to learn and become proficient at all aspects of REL.
Participate in all aspects of Reliability Stress Lab operations including SMT reflow (profiling and operating), CSAM, Xray, wire pull, sample de-encapsulation, board preparation, check, and repair.
Focus on a zero Lab induced failure mindset.
