About The Position
We are hiring an Engineering Technician to support construction and infrastructure projects at Goodfellow AFB. This position plays a vital role in documentation, inspections, drafting, and project coordination. Job Status: COA (Contingent on Award)
Requirements
- Experience in construction inspection
- Experience in drafting or surveying
- Experience in cost estimating or technical support
- Ability to interpret plans and evaluate construction compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eligibility for CAC
Nice To Haves
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
- Experience with federal, military, or public works projects
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction estimates, SOWs, and SoOs
- Assist with drafting and layout preparation
- Conduct field inspections for compliance and quality
- Review technical submittments and RFIs
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
- Support construction documentation and reporting
