Requirements

  • Associates degree in engineering or Equivalent with 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing.
  • Attention to detail, strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience in Ebeam is helpful but not required.
  • Comfortable with wet etch processing is a plus.
  • Flexible working style with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Process Technician responsible for sustaining GaN on SiC device processes in the Etch and Dielectric Thin film deposition area at MACOM's RTP location.
  • Supporting an Engineering and Fab Operations Teams in all areas of the fabrication process.
  • Supporting Engineering Projects and to meet all factory indicators.
  • Conduct experiments, characterize process, and make continuous improvements in cycle time and quality.
