About The Position

Interacts with internal customers on a daily basis and performs product programming and nesting using a variety of user software. Other duties may require clarifying part specifications, answering customer questions regarding engineering changes, and supporting production personnel with drawings, routings, and work instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
• Associates level degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies machine tooling exists for necessary production operations and designs or sources new tooling when required.
• Clarifies quotation information or engineering change information and customer specifications for production operators.
• Creates drawings or modifies customer drawings as necessary.
• Writes work instructions on complex operations or processes.
• Creates CNC programs for punching and cutting systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
