The Engineering Technician will assist Manufacturing Engineers in the setup and troubleshooting of production lines, tooling, fixtures, and equipment. This role supports the development and revision of manufacturing work instructions, routings, and standard operating procedures. The technician will collect and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies or quality issues, and perform hands-on fabrication, testing, or mechanical assembly tasks to support prototyping or production ramp-up. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of engineering changes, test results, and technical data, coordinating with Quality and Production teams to ensure alignment with AS9100 and internal standards, and supporting First Article Inspections (FAI), process validations, and configuration control activities. Additionally, the role involves assisting with time studies, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
