About The Position

Entegris is seeking an Engineering Technician II to join its Cleanroom/MS team at its Aurora, Illinois facility. The role performs technical tests and experiments supporting process engineering within R&D. The technician executes chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) test runs; operates cleanroom processing and metrology equipment; collects and analyzes data; and prepares records, charts, and graphs to help engineers evaluate process performance, identify yield issues, and test new products. The position is scheduled for second shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, and supports cleanroom operating schedules and experimental needs. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour based on experience, and the role is eligible for an annual company incentive. Entegris states that it does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
