The Engineering Technical and Regulatory Manager is responsible and accountable for the engineering, technical, and regulatory operations of all American Cruise Lines vessels. The Engineering Technical and Regulatory Manager serves as the company's liaison with regulatory agencies to coordinate the maintenance, repair, engineering documentation, and regulatory compliance of all American Cruise Lines' certificated vessels. The Manager provides technical leadership for regulatory compliance, vessel engineering projects, and technical documentation, including drafting correspondence to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). The Manager coordinates responses to regulatory matters such as marine casualties, deficiencies, alterations, special transits, and overhauls. The Manager works closely with Marine Operations, Engineering, Port Engineers, Naval Architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure the fleet remains compliant and operational.
