About The Position

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation platforms.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Advanced knowledge of assembly and soldering electronic components on PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a pivotal member of the ECA division, responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Assembly and soldering electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount and through-hole techniques in compliance with IPC J-Standard.
• Building and testing chassis containing electronic and RF components such as filters, attenuators, and combiners.
• Assembly and testing of RF connectors (BNC, N-type, TNC) onto cable assemblies.
• Building and testing custom cables and wiring harnesses using military standard and commercial connectors; performing cable crimping, cutting, and finishing to specifications.
• Use electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, analyzers to help troubleshoot circuits in concert with division engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support prototype development and continuous product improvement.
