About The Position

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a TMO or as Engineering Tech 1
• Experience with standard programs such as EXCEL and WORD.
• Able to apply basic engineering procedures and practices.
• Able to work to deadlines and completions.
• Able to manage own workload and be self-motivated.
• Team player skills
• Mechanical aptitude to understand Manufacturing equipment.
• Works under direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Works with Engineering and Operations to resolve Safety Issues.
• Works with Maintenance to resolve Machine downtime issues.
• Works with Engineering and Operations to resolve Quality issues.
• Works with Engineering and Operations to develop process documentation.
• Able to understand complex machines to help diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
• Be able to function in PC based computer systems.
• Be able to read and understand routings.
• Be able to read and understand part drawings.
• Be able to make decisions based on sound engineering principles.
• Be able to work cross functionally with people from Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Be detail orientated to ensure accuracy of information delivered.
• Perform in a team environment to ensure all work is completed 100% on time.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested.
