Engineering Team Lead
About The Position
Focal Point has an immediate opening for an Engineering Team Lead for our Existing Product Support (EPS) team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Focal Point engineering team, supporting the development of world-class luminaire designs and the integration of those luminaires into an ever advancing lighting environment. This individual will lead an offshore team of engineers and an onsite technician who are accountable for the completion of product updates and cost reduction projects and for the support of the ongoing production of our products. In addition, this person will ensure that projects are delivered on time, while maintaining high-quality standards in support of Focal Point’s premium brand.
