About The Position

This role will see you lead, supervise, and project manage survey projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services that meet business and program objectives. You will drive efficiencies, maintain technical excellence, and manage project outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, audit survey data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and technical standards while mentoring team members and fostering professional growth. Permanent Full-time opportunities within our North Region hub - Grafton.

Requirements

Expertise in surveying and project management, formed across infrastructure and technical environments.
Demonstrated experience in managing technical risks.
Demonstrated experience in providing expert surveying advice in infrastructure or other projects.
Diploma qualification (or equivalent) in Surveying.
Skilled at managing survey projects.
Skilled at leading and mentoring junior staff.
Skilled at working with modern surveying technologies and practices.
Experienced in technical risk management.
Experienced in multi-CADD environments.
Experienced in regulatory compliance.
Hold a valid Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence.
