About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Engineering Support Technician to support the B-52 team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance Post-Start is required
• 5+ years' experience supporting cross-functional teams
• 2+ years’ experience using DOORS for requirements management
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Compiles data from multiple sources and performs complex analysis
• Develops and formats data standards, processes and computational tools to provide documentation that assists customers in the development of engineering life cycle products, services and processes
• Manages data collected from engineering teams to support the organization's business plan
• Maintains and improves products, processes and services to ensure consistent quality of data used to accomplish engineering tasks
• Creates and maintains design documentation to communicate the end product to customers
• Analyzes complex products to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance
• Maintains design engineering related user documentation to support the design of engineering systems
• Maintains web pages/libraries to provide organizational visibility and communication to internal and external customer
• Trains others
• Works under minimal guidance
