About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Engineering Support Technician to support the B-52 team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. The role involves compiling data from multiple sources, performing complex analysis, and developing data standards, processes, and computational tools to assist in the development of engineering life cycle products, services, and processes. The technician will manage collected data, maintain and improve products, processes, and services for consistent data quality, and create/maintain design documentation. Responsibilities also include analyzing complex products for regulatory conformance and contractual compliance, maintaining user documentation for engineering systems, and managing web pages/libraries for organizational visibility and communication. Training others is also a part of the role, and the position operates under minimal guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance Post-Start is required
5+ years' experience supporting cross-functional teams
2+ years’ experience using DOORS for requirements management
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
