About The Position

Manages materials required for engineering and new development programs. Creates purchase requisitions and coordinates with buyers and suppliers. Tracks orders and monitors inventory levels. Maintains accurate SAP records for materials and inventory. Follows up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Supports engineering teams by coordinating material availability and resolving supply issues. Uses SAP for purchasing, inventory management, material planning, and order tracking. Supports program schedules by ensuring materials are available to meet deadlines. Coordinates with internal teams and external suppliers for material planning. Uses global purchasing processes to support material availability.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in material management, purchasing support, inventory control, engineering support, or a related field.
• SAP experience is required with hands-on use for purchasing, inventory management, material planning, or order tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience tracking orders and monitoring inventory.
• Experience coordinating material availability with engineering teams.

• Global purchasing experience is preferred.
