About The Position

Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. This role ensures reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services while supporting users and engineering teams in resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4-7+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Prior nuclear experience
  • Prior design engineering scheduling experience

Nice To Haves

  • Power Generation Experience
  • Project Controls P6 experience all versions
  • Scheduling Cost Databases Estimating Claims
  • Engineering Degree
  • Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools.
  • Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues
  • Support servers, virtualization, and cloud environments
  • Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
  • Mentor junior support staff
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis
