About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Support team member to assist our Facilities Design group with drafting, project documentation, and general design support activities. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in engineering, drafting, or facility design. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in engineering, drafting, or facility design without requiring a four-year college degree.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new software and procedures.
• Attention to detail and willingness to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• CAD software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and updating of CAD drawings and design documents.
• Organize project files and maintain drawing records.
• Support engineering staff with data collection and document preparation.
• Perform basic drafting, layout, and design support tasks.
• Assist with field verification and project coordination as needed.
