About The Position

The Engineering Supervisor will help manage the hotel’s vital systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. This role is responsible for keeping preventive maintenance on track, assisting in planning and scheduling maintenance projects, conducting room inspections, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and supplies. The position requires mechanical know-how to troubleshoot and repair various issues, a solid understanding of engineering systems, strong communication skills, and comfort with computers for tracking maintenance and reporting. A minimum of 1 year of engineering or maintenance work experience is required.

Requirements

Mechanical know-how: Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Maintenance smarts: Solid understanding of engineering systems.
Great communicator: Ability to explain technical stuff.
Tech skills: Comfort with computers for tracking maintenance and reporting.
At least 1 year of engineering or maintenance work experience.
