Engineering Supervisor-Body Manufacturing Quality Leader (VLS)
About The Position
This position is within the VOME Body Construction Organization and is classified as a Vehicle Line Specialist (focused position) and Engineering Supervisor. This role supports major milestones from FC5 through Job 1 + Acceleration, with a key focus on the implementation and launch of Sheetmetal and Exterior Ornamentation Systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, demonstrating One Ford Leadership behaviors and extensive knowledge in key areas of the PD and manufacturing systems. This role will include travel internationally based on Program Assignments.

Responsibilities
- Lead Team of Core Manufacturing Engineers in Planning / Execution phases of new model program(s)
- Accelerates process needs into overall strategy plan to support Plant requirements, integrate teams for collaboration and track open issue resolution
- Deliver Facility, Tooling and Quality Systems and Launch new model programs
