About The Position
The Engineering Summer Intern performs routine engineering and construction tasks within the assigned department and on assigned projects. The internship provides opportunities to gain knowledge through daily tasks and projects, develop soft skills, and take on leadership roles. The intern completes work under the direction of an assigned supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited engineering program.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Interest in leadership and personal development opportunities.
- Willingness to relocate for the internship and future full-time opportunities.
Nice To Haves
- Classified as a junior or senior.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Responsibilities
- Complete department tasks under the direction of an assigned supervisor.
- Perform discipline-specific calculations and coding, as assigned.
- Assist technical service personnel with the proper execution of drawings.
- Support discipline-specific tasks for proposal work.
- Work on other miscellaneous projects, as assigned.
