This role would be a 12-16 month contract starting in May 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is looking to grow and develop their professional career in environmental energy savings and is looking to gain valuable hands-on work experience in a fast-paced engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate interval data of ongoing projects onto Microsoft Power BI and develop energy dashboards
  • Organize and transform energy interval data in Power BI and assist in the development of an MCW CES Power BI standard or set of protocols
  • Build an Energy Use Intensity (EUI) database of historical CES projects for integration into the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® platform.
  • Provide data analysis support to the M&V team as needed (e.g. including utility and/or sub-meter data gathering, storage and quality control, as well as analysis and evaluation of energy flows to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information)
  • Other duties as assigned
