This role ensures efficient and reliable operation of water, drainage, and related mechanical systems while supporting guest comfort and timely issue resolution. Who You Are: • Analytical and confident when diagnosing technical issues. • Self directed and organized in managing work with minimal supervision. • Clear and supportive in communication with team members and leaders. • Service minded with attention to guest impact and operational needs. • Committed to consistent safety practices and high-quality workmanship. What You Will Do: • Perform skilled plumbing work including diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing system components, and completing intermediate installations. • Inspect and evaluate system conditions, identifying wear, leaks, or performance concerns. • Independently troubleshoot water distribution, drainage, heaters, pumps, and valves. • Install piping, fixtures, and system components using approved tools and techniques. • Support minor electrical work directly related to plumbing equipment such as pumps and controls. • Coordinate work with internal teams to reduce guest disruption and maintain safe work areas. • Provide task level guidance to entry level team members during repairs or projects. • Deploy from a centralized maintenance location to assigned properties within an 8 mile radius, supporting plumbing needs across multiple sites. • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. • Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals. Your Experience Includes: • Typically has experience independently performing plumbing installations, repairs, and diagnostics in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality environments. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and service water heaters, pumps, valves, drains, and distribution systems. • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, instructions, and technical manuals. • Understanding of electrical components related to plumbing systems. • Experience using digital work order or documentation systems. • Valid state driver's license. • Certifications related to plumbing or water systems preferred.
