Manages architectural and interior design projects by planning, organizing, and controlling project elements to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. This role involves developing project scopes, plans, timelines, reports, and budgets. It also includes managing project close-out, final payments, records retention, and integration into Archives. The Project Manager will organize cross-functional project teams, coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take corrective action as needed. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and NCH design requirements and brand standards is crucial. The role also ensures projects are constructible and maintainable, selects and manages outside design firms, conducts drawing reviews, and obtains stakeholder feedback. Responsibilities extend to preparing FFE lists, approving PO’s and invoices, coordinating fit-up and move management, processing construction documents through city and regulatory agencies for permits, establishing construction bid lists, soliciting and reviewing bids, awarding contracts, monitoring construction for compliance, evaluating design changes, and monitoring project submittals, change directives, change orders, and pay requests.
