About The Position

This position will provide business and financial support to the Materials and Process Engineering department. This role requires a detail-driven analyst that will support our team through accurate reporting, smooth daily operations, and reliable support.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or an advanced degree with no years of experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and distribute business and financial reports using SAP, Business Warehouse, and Qlik.
• Partner with Purchasing to pay suppliers and answer general procurement questions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process or cost improvements.
• Support month-end, and year-end reporting and planning cycles.
• Partner with management team to provide and understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights and information.
• Assist EHS professional and supervisors with new EHS training system for recording EHS OJT records and determining training requirements.
• Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day staff questions and operational needs.
