About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Engineering Records Analyst to support the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team, which is developing missile defense technology. This role involves providing support to professional engineering staff in submitting job packages to the customer, tracking and maintaining engineering submissions, coordinating onsite visits with suppliers and/or customers, and taking meeting minutes. Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain and organize of large amounts of data/information
Willingness/eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance
US Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education and more than 3 years of experience
Experience working in the aerospace/defense industry
Experience maintaining central control of engineering documents
Experience tracking engineering metrics reported to management
Active or Current Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Provide support to professional engineering staff in the submissions of job packages to our customer.
Tracks, statuses, and maintains control of engineering submissions such as Parts and Approval Requests and Galvanic Assessment.
Coordinate with onsite visits with suppliers and/or customers.
Take and maintain meeting minutes when applicable and assist with any internal or external calls with regards to Parts, Materials, and Process Control Board.
