About The Position

The Engineering & Projects Manager leads Wasatch North’s facility relocation from West Valley City to Provo, a project expected to span up to 18 months. The role owns the relocation’s full scope, including moving existing equipment, specifying and installing new equipment, designing and commissioning production lines, and preparing the Provo facility for full operations. The manager coordinates vendors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and partners with the General Manager on the relocation budget. The role also leads the maintenance function and provides engineering direction for the facility. After the relocation, the focus shifts to capital projects, equipment and line improvements, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day production; this role works with Operations at a strategic level to ensure the facility, equipment, and maintenance program support production goals. The position is currently based in West Valley City, Utah, and operations will relocate to Provo, Utah. The manager must be willing to work at both locations during the transition and at the Provo facility afterward. Occasional support of other Rhyz facilities, including Wasatch and Elevate, may be required. Production typically runs six days per week across two shifts and may extend based on customer demand. Schedule flexibility is required, especially during relocation milestones and equipment startup.
