CX Engineering – Workflow and Intellectual Capital designs, builds, and operates the platforms, automation, and knowledge capabilities that power Cisco’s global technical-support experience. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program or product manager role.
  • Experience with technical program delivery using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices.
  • Experience using agile project methodologies with the use of technologies such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification -Lean Six Sigma certification or Business Process Management or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving program issues
  • Experience in integrating roadmaps, cross-team dependencies, and delivery metrics
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or agentic AI or AI-enabled automation capabilities to program management, service delivery, or operational processes, with a clearly defined business or operational result.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for approximately 2–5 complex products, tools, or platform capabilities from requirements and planning through release and operationalization.
  • Partner with Product Managers to convert product priorities into executable plans, delivery milestones, technical dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and customer-facing organizations.
  • Proactively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and critical-path decisions while providing leaders with clear status, options, and recommendations.
  • Drive launch and operational readiness so that delivered capabilities are supportable, adopted, measurable, and positioned to achieve their intended customer and business outcomes.
