Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
- 2+ year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle, complexity, and need)
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.

- Master's Degree in technical field
- 5+ years in project management
- Prior experience managing others

Responsibilities
- Take the lead in scoping, planning, and executing capital projects up to $10M that drive real business impact and innovation.
- Own the full project lifecycle—from initial design concepts to final installation—across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing together engineering expertise and project management skills to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
- Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track.
- Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
