Their operations span four provinces: Moncton (centre of excellence for indoor cannabis cultivation, R&D, and advanced automation), Lac-Supérieur (premium flower and traditional hash production), Winnipeg (edibles and beverage manufacturing), Aylmer (infused pre-roll production and automated vape filling), and London (packaging and distribution). Each engineering project manager will provide support to the Moncton and Lac Superieur leadership teams in both project engineering and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, displays complex problem solving and decision-making abilities, has excellent organizational and communication skills and can function well both in an autonomous and team environment.
