About The Position
SRC is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to support a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific project. The PM will oversee a group of systems engineers, software developers, trainers, and analysts. They will work directly with the Government PM/leads and sit on-site. This position is contingent upon award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or IT
- 10+ years of experience managing SW development projects
- Eight plus years of experience with MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
- Familiarity with system engineering processes and integration workflows
- Security+ certification
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret / SCI level
Nice To Haves
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Previous experience in a systems engineering or software engineering role
- Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
- Experience in Information Operations (IO)/Information Warfare (IW)/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
