At this scale, the store handles billions of requests from more than 500 million visitors every week across iOS, macOS, tvOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and visionOS. To deliver this experience at scale, Program Managers partner closely with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to build high-performance systems backed by robust testing and quality standards. The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) team exemplifies Apple's enduring passion for combining art and technology. ASE powers some of Apple's most beloved platforms - including the App Store, Apple TV and Sports, Apple Music, Podcasts, Books, and Cloud and Infrastructure Services, delivering a vast and diverse entertainment and services experience to more than 150 countries in 35+ languages, every day, at massive scale. Program Managers within ASE partner with Engineers to build innovative, end-to-end solutions that reflect Apple's unique integration of hardware, software, and services. Central to this work is a deep commitment to Apple's core values, including privacy, which remains a guiding principle across everything the team builds. As an Engineering Program Manager for the App Store team, you will influence and lead the delivery of business-critical features built at global scale. Our Program Managers are responsible for shipping new features for the App Store Analytics platform, partnering with cross-geo engineers, product, marketing, design, data science, legal, security, and privacy teams to launch experiences that surprise and delight our users. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, privacy reviews, and more. This is not a task-based position; you will own the successful end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing projects under demanding timelines. The ideal candidate takes ownership, inspires the team to do their best work, and brings exceptional interpersonal skills, adapting their approach and communication style to keep projects on track and teams aligned as a single unit.
