We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager with a proven track record of developing and maintaining complex software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver innovative, end-to-end experiences that cater to customer satisfaction. The Siri App Experience team is redefining what a deeply personal and integrated assistant can be.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management in software development, machine learning or related industry experience.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs with thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software.
• Prior experience and consistent track record leading and shipping multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple different teams.
• Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings, identifying priorities and driving what matters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working cross functionally at different seniority levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with voice assistant technology.
• Experience in delivering user-facing software features and driving full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs and/or projects, including leading feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, and risk management to ensure an on-time delivery of features.
• Collaborate with multiple partner organizations and various disciplines such as Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver highly integrated experiences.
• Bring together engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that the right discussions and decisions are made to build a great product.
• Provide clear, timely, concise, and objective communication, including regular program status updates, critical issues and mitigations, changes in plans, risks, and requests for action.
