About The Position

We are seeking an innovative Engineering Program Manager, for the App Store Developer Experience team. You will influence and lead the delivery of business critical features built for the App Store. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Legal, Privacy, Trust & Safety, Operations, Marketing, and other organizations to manage pipelines to support new App Store features. You will drive and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects including features designed to support the Apple Developer community. You will lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation tracking, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments. You will define business, functional, and reporting requirements, often writing them yourself. Your role will be critical to improving how App Store features are built and executed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving complex server/client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree, in business or computing disciplines preferred or equivalent work experience
