About The Position

The Cisco Cloud Control team is building the platform foundation that brings Cisco’s cloud-managed and controller-based products together into a unified customer experience. Our work spans product strategy, platform architecture, identity, onboarding, topology, supportability, compliance, security, and cross-product integrations. We partner closely with engineering, security, legal, compliance, CX, TAC, GTM, and product teams across Cisco to ensure Cloud Control can scale for enterprise, regulated, sovereign, and global customers. This is a high-impact team operating at the intersection of product strategy, platform execution, customer trust, and market access. The work is sophisticated, cross-functional, and highly visible, with direct impact on how customers adopt, deploy, and trust Cisco Cloud Control. You will lead the market access, compliance, and certification roadmap for Cisco Cloud Control to enable global enterprise and public sector adoption. By driving cross-functional teamwork across engineering, security, and legal, you will deliver critical capabilities like regional expansion and audit readiness. You will translate sophisticated regulatory requirements, such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP, into actionable technical achievements and product features. Managing a comprehensive compliance matrix, you will supervise certification coverage, data residency, and remediation plans across the platform. You will also partner with platform teams to resolve foundational blockers related to tenant onboarding, access control, and operational readiness. Finally, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to leadership, framing trade-offs and prioritizing investments to meet security and market expectations at scale.
