About The Position

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. We leverage 21st-century innovation to modernize defense systems. Our integrated system, powered by Lattice OS, uses AI to provide real-time command and control. We are developing and deploying systems to make unmanned vehicles (UxVs) highly effective throughout their mission lifecycle, from fleet management to execution and integration with other DOD systems. This role requires ambitious, detail-oriented individuals to drive execution and maintain strategic focus. Engineering Operations ensures effective communication and alignment within the engineering team. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define priorities, manage operational oversight meetings, and handle complex calendars. Your role will involve interfacing with Mission Autonomy engineering, internal MA functions like program management, and external stakeholders including other companies and USG Program Offices.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an approachable style and the ability to interface effectively and professionally with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates, both internal and external.
  • Experience in the operations of engineering and software teams, driving the execution of large projects involving multiple disciplines, with demonstrated clear follow-through and closeout of programmatic objectives.
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven experience in multitasking and working with multiple people and priorities while delivering high-quality results and follow-through.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a desire to understand company goals.
  • Proficient in scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and leveraging calendar tools (Microsoft Office Suite skills).
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive calendar support to Engineering Leads.
  • Manage complex schedules and act as a collaborative partner within the Anduril organization.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings involving VPs/GMs.
  • Plan executive domestic and international travel.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the engineering team, contributing to documentation and best practices.
  • Draft and aggregate information for internal messaging to teams, informing them of priorities and celebrating successes.
  • Assist with project management tooling and adoption.
  • Help implement operational and process improvements to enhance engineering velocity.
