The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) serves as Amazon's primary on-site responder for hands-on troubleshooting and operation of electrical and mechanical equipment. This includes critical systems such as stand-by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems. The role requires 24/7 shift coverage, potentially involving 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, and 3, 4, or 5-day work weeks.
