Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related technical field — OR an equivalent blend of education and experience
7+ years of network experience supporting server and infrastructure systems
Hands-on knowledge of multiple network servers, operating systems, hardware platforms, standards, and protocols
Ability to obtain or maintain a “Q” clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting high-security or regulated environments
Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, NRC, DOE)
A solutions-first mindset, proactive curiosity, and eagerness to improve tools and processes
Currently possesses a “Q” or “L” clearance

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize advanced network and server infrastructure—monitoring performance, patching, resolving outages, and proactively improving system health.
Install and configure server OS, application services, and directory tools.
Track and manage support requests.
Research new technologies.
Help scale capacity.
Collaborate with engineering, OT, and IT teams to keep infrastructure secure, stable, and compliant.
Occasionally pitch in with desktop or business-systems support.
Help ensure cybersecurity alignment with NIST, NRC, COMSEC, and DOE frameworks.
