About The Position
Foresight Land Surveying, a BHI Company, is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to balance technical guidance, project delivery, and people leadership. This role involves leading a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
