Challenge is #QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered! The Engineering Manager will serve in a hybrid leadership role within the facility, overseeing the engineering, maintenance, and crib departments. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the plant engineering team to achieve optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational performance. This employee will lead by example—personally executing key responsibilities while effectively delegating to team members—to drive productivity and maximize profitability. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role manages a team of engineers and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, efficient plant operations. This will be a 1st Shift / 7AM-4PM M-F position located at our Plant in Walker, MI .
